Milano Pink Garage offers a 30 day, money-back guarantee for any item(s) purchased from the store on Milano Pink Garage, and includes change-of-mind purchases.

This is in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on all products supplied.

If the purchase date exceeds 30 days, only warranty claims will be accepted.

Approvals of refunds/exchanges will be subject to the discretion of Milano Pink Garage.

Notice - PayPal Orders:

To cover for Paypal processing fees, 5% of the original total amount will be deducted from the total amount. By using Paypal for purchases, you agree to this condition. 

Notice - Afterpay Orders:

To cover for Stripe processing fees, 6% + $0.30 of the original total will be deducted from the total amount. By using Afterpay for purchases, you agree to this condition

Qualification for Returns/Exchange

To be eligible for returns or exchanges, the following criteria MUST be met:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided - If purchased online, this will be the order number on your email. If purchased in person, this will be proof of funds transfer on the purchase date (please prepare a screenshot of the funds transfer receipt).

  • Item(s) must be in resaleable condition - Unused, and in the same condition as when it was received, in its original supplied packaging.

Process for Returns/Exchanges:

If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please fill out the following form.

Please include as much information as possible - this will help speed up the return process. Please also prepare photos of the following, as evidence will be requested: 

  • Proof of purchase - Funds Transfer Receipt (For in-person purchases).

  • The item(s) with reason for return - If faulty, photos will be requested.

If your claim is successful, a following email will notify you of your next course of action.

Warranty Claims:

To be eligible for Warranty claims, the following criteria MUST be met:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided - If purchased online, this will be the order number on your email. If purchased in person, this will be proof of funds transfer on the purchase date. Please present this when requested.

  • Item(s) must be professionally installed - Proof that the item(s) have been professionally installed by a licensed mechanic must be provided.

  • Manufacturer Warranty Card (if provided) - Items with a manufacturer warranty card will be fulfilled. Please present this card upon request.

Process for Warranty Claims:

If you wish to claim warranty on an item(s), please fill out the following form.

Please include as much information as possible - this will help speed up the return process. Please also prepare photos of the following, as evidence will be requested: 

  • Proof of purchase - Funds Transfer Receipt (For in-person purchases).

  • The item(s) with reason for return - If faulty, photos will be requested.

  • Proof of professional installation - Invoice must indicate date, workshop and the item in question.

If your claim is successful, a following email will notify you of your next course of action.


Additional Terms and Conditions for Warranty Claims:

Warranty Claims are for replacement of the product(s) only, at the sole discretion of Milano Pink Garage.

Warranty length will be determined by the manufacturer, starting on the purchase date.

Prior to sending out a replacement unit, the defective item must be inspected. 

Please keep in mind, our warranty does NOT cover any of the following situations:

  • Item(s) were installed on a different vehicle from the intended application.

  • Item(s) not installed by a licensed professional at a licensed workshop.

  • Item(s) that have been altered, or modified beyond factory specifications.

  • Parts that have not been properly installed or maintained.

  • Parts that have been abused, overheated, or used for racing.

  • Parts that are subject to expected wear-and-tear (e.g. brake pads).

  • Any labour or shipping costs related to the installation or removal of item(s).

  • Any consequential damage that may result from any of the above conditions.

Installation of incorrect items, voids ANY and ALL warranties or return options.
